San Carlos Neighborhood Park
The park is a reasonably utilized facility, primarily attracting neighborhood children and adult chaperones. It is level in topography with a gradual upward slope to the rear and currently contains a swing set, park benches, barbecue pit, a small turf area, drinking fountain and climbing apparatus. It also contains tree and shrub landscaping on the north, south and west perimeters, as well as a post-and-rail fence with two openings on the San Carlos Avenueborder. New playground equipment was installed in 2001.
