About The Foundation

The Parks and Recreation Foundation of San Carlos

The Parks and Recreation Foundation of San Carlos was established by residents of San Carlos to raise funds for improvements to our parks and recreation facilities, programs, and services benefiting our community. The Foundation is an independent, community organization with sole discretion over how funds are spent.

The Foundation serves as the vehicle for acceptance of private donations and endowments given specifically for San Carlos Parks and Recreation opportunities.

There are many ways to contribute directly to the general fund for the Parks & Recreation Foundation of San Carlos. The Foundation primarily funds capital improvement projects, but we retain the flexibility to pitch in during times of fiscal uncertainty to assist San Carlos in maintaining the stability and continued operation of the parks. A variety of funding and donation options for individuals and businesses are available including donations, bequests, company matching gifts, sponsorships and naming opportunities.

The Parks & Recreation Foundation of San Carlos is a 501(c)3 organization.
